Succession planning in the avosano Group

Christian Fritz will hand over the management of the Group to Mr Lorenzo Stoll on 1st November 2024. After 14 years in the management of the Voigt Group and as CEO of the avosano Group since 1st May 2023, Christian Fritz has made a significant contribution to the successful development of the companies. In Lorenzo Stoll, we have found an innovative successor with strong implementation skills and an outstanding track record.

Christian Fritz will leave the company at his own request at the end of 2024 in order to retire professionally. Jakob Küng, Chairman of the Board of Directors, comments: "We would like to sincerely thank Christian Fritz for his work and commitment. He has developed and shaped Voigt Industrie Service AG and played a key role in all of the Voigt Group's important projects over the past decade. He also played a major role in building up the still young avosano AG. We already wish Christian Fritz all the best for his future. Until his requirement he will implement the important steps in the realisation of the joint venture in order to ensure a smooth transition in the management of the company."

Lorenzo Stoll has successfully headed SWISS's cargo division for three years. Prior to that, he was responsible for establishing SWISS's Geneva location in the airline business. His experience is rounded out by the knowledge he has gained from his long career in the food industry.
